A prompt, not a verdict: buyers set their own criteria, and nothing is shared until you agree to an introduction. How we use your details.
$100k+ where one buyer's published tiers start
For qualified partnerships, depending on data quality. Never guaranteed.
We find your best-fit buyer
We match your answers to each buyer's published criteria.
11 sources, nothing hidden
Our 3 free guides show their working.
Answer a few simple questions about your business. We point you to buyers whose published criteria you appear to meet, and give you their own application link.
See what buyers typically look for, what you're allowed to share and what could stand in the way. All before you speak to anyone.
Nothing is uploaded, ever. We ask about your company, never for its files, customers or staff records.
How it works
A short form: company, country, size and what written records you have. About two minutes, and no files.
We compare your answers with what each buyer publicly says it looks for, then tell you plainly if there's a possible fit.
If there's a match, we send you the buyer's own application link. The buyer reviews it and decides. There's no obligation at any point.

Why us
Most owners have never been asked this question before. We exist to make it simple, and to be straight with you about the answer.

You can stop after any step. Plenty of companies finish step three and decide it isn't for them, which is a perfectly good outcome.
List the records your team creates by doing its job. A simple inventory beats guesswork.
Customer contracts, NDAs and employee data can limit what leaves the building. Work out what is clearly yours.
Whoever has authority should agree before anyone enquires. A short memo is usually enough.
Buyers publish different criteria: team size, country, language, record type. We match you to those.
If there's a plausible match, we give you the buyer's own application link and tell you when you leave this site.
They review, ask their own questions and decide. We don't negotiate or sit on either side.
Who qualifies
There's no single rulebook. Each buyer publishes its own criteria and changes them. These come up most often:
Not sure you fit? Ask anyway. Criteria differ between buyers, and a no from one isn't a no from all.

The prep toolkit
Four free tools, built into our guides. Useful whether or not you ever apply.
One page: what the record is, where it lives, who owns it, which contracts touch it, and whether it holds personal data.
Open it →Walk each record type through the questions that matter, then take the list to a lawyer.
Open it →A short note for your director or board: what you're exploring, what it isn't, and what needs approving.

Checking is free. If an introduction leads to a qualifying commercial relationship, a participating buyer may pay us a referral fee. We never charge you, never pay you and never share any of it with enquirers.
Where more than one buyer could suit you, we recommend the best fit for your business, not whoever pays us most. If we work with several buyers, we'll tell you.
Everything on this site is general guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice. We make no promise that any buyer will accept your business, and no promise about what you could be paid.

FAQ
Straight answers, including the awkward ones.
No. There's no fee to enquire, and we never ask you for money or pay you anything. If an introduction leads to a commercial relationship, a buyer may pay us. More on that below, because you should know exactly how we're funded.
No. The form asks high-level questions: company size, country, how long you've operated and what kinds of written records exist. It never asks for files, customer data or employee records.
Neither. We're an independent introduction service. We don't buy, hold, value or negotiate over data, and we aren't any buyer's agent or partner.
We can't tell you, and be wary of anyone who does. Payment, if any, is agreed directly between you and a buyer and depends on the quality, uniqueness and value of what you hold. Acceptance is never guaranteed.
It can. Some buyers currently say they prioritise companies in the US and UK with English-language records, but criteria differ and change. Other locations may still be considered. Priority is not a promise either way.
Often yes, but several buyers set a minimum team size, commonly around 30 people. If you're under that, we'll say so honestly, and the toolkit will still help you take stock.
Tell us before you go further. Some buyers can't credit an introduction if you've already applied on your own, and that's usually decided by who your first contact was.
Only with a buyer you've agreed to be introduced to, and you'll see who that is before anything is sent. We don't sell your details to anyone else. Full details are in our privacy notice.
No. Whether you can license particular records depends on your contracts, your data protection duties and your circumstances, so take proper advice. We help you ask better questions.
No files, no fee, and you decide what happens next.
